**Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their haircare needs, style preferences, and expectations.

2. **Hair Cutting and Styling: Perform precision haircuts, style hair using various techniques, and recommend suitable hairstyles based on individual preferences and face shapes.

3. **Coloring and Chemical Treatments: Apply hair color, highlights, lowlights, and other chemical treatments while ensuring the health and integrity of the hair.

4. **Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest haircare products, tools, and techniques and provide product recommendations to clients for at-home maintenance.

5. **Client Education: Educate clients on proper haircare routines and maintenance techniques to help them achieve and maintain desired results.

6. **Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhere to salon hygiene protocols, and sanitize tools and equipment regularly.

7. **Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other salon professionals to create a positive and supportive salon environment.

8. **Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client feedback and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their salon experience.

**Qualifications:

- State-issued cosmetology license.
- Proven experience as a hair stylist in a salon environment.
