Pay: $110,000 - $120,000

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations for our Aerospace division located in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA certification is highly desirable
- 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in the Aerospace industry is a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial regulations

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and internal policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and oversee the audit process
- Provide financial insights to senior management and department heads
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team members
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
