Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP): Manage processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Payroll Operations: Oversee payroll to guarantee timely and accurate processing.
- Office Administration: Perform administrative tasks to support the finance department.
- Bank Reconciliations: Conduct reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Corporate Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare internal and external reports as required.
- Personal Assistance: Help the owner with tasks like managing schedules, organizing travel, and running personal errands.
- Multi-Company Support: Occasionally assist with tasks for another business, adapting to various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented: Essential for ensuring precision in financial tasks and reporting.
- Software-savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new financial software systems.
- PO Environment: Experience in managing and processing purchase orders.
- Flexible: Adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
- Preferably Notary: Having notary capabilities is an advantage.
- Preferable Construction Experience: Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
