Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive experience in sell-side transactions and a strong background in working with private equity firms. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage financial operations and guide our clients through complex financial transactions, including Quality of Earnings (QoE) preparation, due diligence, and collaboration with investment bankers.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights on industry trends and financial strategies.
- Lead sell-side transaction processes, including QoE preparation and due diligence.
- Collaborate with investment bankers and private equity firms to facilitate successful transactions.
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance client profitability and growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to drive business growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis for clients.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, including significant experience in sell-side transactions and private equity.
- Proven track record of managing complex financial transactions and working with investment bankers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Active CPA preferred.
