Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Ensure high standards of service delivery while managing and coordinating client projects.
- Drive Business Development: Grow all existing lines of NOW CFO business by leveraging and strengthening your current network and influence to develop new opportunities.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain deep working relationships with clients and strategic industries, including technology and emerging growth, real estate, manufacturing & distribution, high net worth individuals, healthcare, private equity firms, and nonprofits.
- Outbound Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to set meetings that lead to potential Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and manage business development opportunities, identifying and attending relevant industry groups, associations, and networking events in Denver.
- Project Coordination: Provide overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of client projects, ensuring profitability and efficiency. This includes maintaining a billable utilization rate of approximately 50%.
- Team Leadership: Develop high-performing people and teams by creating an inspiring environment, setting clear goals, and monitoring performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting: Required.
- CPA Preferred: MBA is a plus.
- Experience and Skills: Proven track record in consulting or client-facing business services, excellent time management, and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal team interactions and client communications.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen sense of detail and proactive approach to reducing risks or issues.
- Customer Service Excellence: Outstanding customer service skills with a dedication to client satisfaction.
- Integrity and Ethics: High degree of integrity, adherence to firm policies, and best practices.
- Public Accounting Experience: Preferred but not required.
- Well-Networked in Denver, CO: Strong network and understanding of local business environment.
