Position: Field Account Manager Flooring & Restoration
Location: Saint George, UT
Compensation: $70,000 3% Commission on Eligible Project Revenue
Were partnering with a specialty company in the flooring and restoration industry thats seeking a hands-on Field Account Manager to join their team. In this co-leadership role, youll work alongside the General Manager to oversee the company's core divisionsdustless demolition, flooring installation, and dumpster services.

Youll be supporting project delivery, ensuring quality standards, and serving as a key contact for clients. Responsibilities:

Division Oversight: Assist the GM in managing the demolition, flooring, and dumpster service divisions to ensure project execution meets quality and timeline expectations.

Team Coordination: Provide leadership and scheduling support to one in-house estimator, three installers, and a network of subcontractors.

Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the company and its clientsmaintaining communication, addressing concerns, and building long-term relationships.

Job Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, identify and resolve issues in the field, and escalate major roadblocks to leadership.

Project Support: Collaborate with the estimator and GM on scoping, bidding, and planning for upcoming work.

Operational Alignment: Partner with the GM to drive consistency across the companys service areas and maintain alignment on priorities.
Qualifications:

2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in construction, flooring, or similar field roles (required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach

Ability to coordinate both internal teams and external vendors/subcontractors

Comfortable navigating both fieldwork and administrative tasks

Reliable, organized, and proactive in supporting leadership and operations
