Flooring Supervisor

Position: Flooring Supervisor
Location: Saint George, UT
Compensation: $70,000 3% Commission on Eligible Project Revenue

We’re partnering with a specialty flooring company that’s seeking a hands-on Flooring Supervisor to join their team. In this co-leadership role, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to oversee the company's core divisions—dustless demolition, flooring installation, and dumpster services. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in the field, values strong client relationships, and enjoys balancing coordination with execution.

You’ll be supporting project delivery, ensuring quality standards, and serving as a key contact for clients. This is a great fit for someone who’s looking to grow into a leadership position while staying connected to day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Division Oversight: Assist the GM in managing the demolition, flooring, and dumpster service divisions to ensure project execution meets quality and timeline expectations.

• Team Coordination: Provide leadership and scheduling support to one in-house estimator, three installers, and a network of subcontractors.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the company and its clients—maintaining communication, addressing concerns, and building long-term relationships.

• Job Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, identify and resolve issues in the field, and escalate major roadblocks to leadership.

• Project Support: Collaborate with the estimator and GM on scoping, bidding, and planning for upcoming work.

• Operational Alignment: Partner with the GM to drive consistency across the company’s service areas and maintain alignment on priorities.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in construction, flooring, or similar field roles (required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach

• Ability to coordinate both internal teams and external vendors/subcontractors

• Comfortable navigating both fieldwork and administrative tasks

• Reliable, organized, and proactive in supporting leadership and operation
