We are seeking a highly driven Sales Representative with extensive experience in Large Loss Insurance claims within the restoration and disaster recovery industry. As a key contributor to our expansion in Salt Lake City and Ogden, you will leverage your expertise in insurance claims, business development, and client management to drive revenue and solidify our companys presence in the market.
Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 annually Commission
Key Qualifications:
- Established national book of business with insurance adjusters, third-party administrators (TPAs), and commercial property owners.
- Extensive experience in large loss insurance claims, including fire, water, storm, and catastrophe-related property damage.
- Proven track record of securing and managing commercial restoration projects valued at $1M .
- Strong understanding of the insurance claims process, including Xactimate, insurance policy interpretation, and claims negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and expand long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, TPAs, risk managers, property managers, and commercial building owners.
- Identify and close high-value restoration opportunities related to large loss claims.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial lead generation to project close, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Conduct compelling presentations and project proposals tailored to insurance professionals and commercial clients.
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of secured projects.
- Stay informed on industry trends, insurance regulations, and restoration technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Travel Requirements:
- Moderate travel required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts.
