The ideal candidate is a LEADER and fitness enthusiast with a talent for SALES. Oversee studio functionality and staff. Work full-time, onsite at our new “Green Valley” location. Earn annual compensation in the range of $50,000 - $60,000 plus SALES COMMISSION (un-capped), medical benefits, PTO and more. This is a direct hire, with Club Pilates.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years SALES experience.
Confident in achieving sales, and working toward targets.
Able to teach sales skills to staff.Manage and drive 4 revenue streams : memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training2 years MANAGEMENT experience. Strong leadership skills.Passion for fitness.Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email). Strong English fluency, both verbal and written.Interpersonal skills and social intelligence. Set a tone for warmth and hospitality within the studio, yet also maintain rules.Recognize areas of improvement in the studio, and make changes using good judgement.Energized by an environment which is rapidly evolving. Ready to contribute to the momentum.Resourceful, flexible, problem-solver. Membership salesImplement sales process to schedule prospects into Demo classCoach and develop the team, including Sales Representatives.Generate sales leads, including Grass Roots Marketing and NetworkingStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioSchedule and participate in networking / community events and studio promotionsManage staff scheduleHire / Manage all instructors at the studioProficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Review instructor evaluations performed by Master TrainersIndependently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organizationEnforce Club Pilates policies and proceduresCoordinate with vendors. Ensure that retail products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
