Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

NOW CFO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join an innovative and fast-growing company in Tampa, FL. This is an exclusive placement opportunity to work directly with our client. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and vendor management
• Manage inventory accounting and fixed assets
• Lead the month-end close process, accruals, and reconciliations
• Handle payroll processing (Paylocity experience preferred)
• Collaborate with the CFO and CEO to support financial operations
• Transition outsourced accounting functions in-house
• Maintain QuickBooks Online (QBO), ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance
• Oversee contracts, compliance, and administrative accounting functions

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience working with Inventory Management and Fixed Assets
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in a start-up environment
• Familiarity with Lean principles
• A self-starter who can adapt and take initiative in a growing organization
