Job Description Summary
The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis activities, including providing forecasts, budgeting, and financial insights to senior leadership. This role involves detailed financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting: Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets based on past financial performance, growth forecasts, and current market conditions.
- Forecasting: Use past and present trends to forecast financial outcomes and monitor progress.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze differences between actual and budgeted financial results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather necessary data and ensure effective communication.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Technical Skills: Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel (charts and graphs), and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Several years of experience in FP&A or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
