We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our team at NOW Healthcare Recruiting (NP Now) in Eatontown, NJ.
Our state-of-the-art facility offers comprehensive care with all the latest infertility treatments, ranging from in vitro fertilization (IVF) and artificial insemination to drug therapies. We are proud to have established the first successful egg donor program in central New Jersey.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Endocrinology and be board certified or eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $300,000 to $350,000, productivity bonuses, and benefits such as 100% paid malpractice insurance, medical health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as profit sharing and a 401(k) plan.
The job responsibilities include:
- 7am-4pm schedule, alternating week night and weekend call with other physicians
- Care for infertility patients
- 10-15 patients per day
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including 2 physicians, 1 physician assistant, 5 nurses, 2 ultrasound techs, 4 medical assistants, 5 financial department staff, 1 executive director, 1 practice administrator, 4 embryologists/andrologists, 1 laboratory PhD, and 5 front desk staff
