The ideal candidate will be a BC/BE Family Medicine physician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A medical degree from an accredited institution (MD or DO).
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Licensed in Indiana or currently in the process of obtaining licensure.
