Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- A valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment, or any U.S. state or territory
- Current certification in Basic Life Support
- Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
