Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Job Description:
- 100% outpatient care.
- Built-in referrals from ER and Hospitalists.
- Onsite behavioral health services.
- A Monday-to-Friday schedule with flexibility options.
- 20-25 patients per day.
- 1:7 office call (phone calls only).
- Seeing all ages but primarily adults.
- Teaching opportunities available with DO medical students and FM residency students.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree required.
- BC/BE Family Medicine certification.
- Licensed in Indiana or in the process.
- J1 & H1B Visa (Cap exempt) can be provided.
