We are seeking a skilled Hematologist/Oncologist to join our multidisciplinary team at the area's preferred multi-specialty medical group. Our organization is committed to providing exceptional patient care and has established itself as a leader in the healthcare industry.
About the Position:
- We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology physician with expertise in both hematological malignancies and solid tumor oncology.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in treating patients with breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancer, as well as sickle cell disease and leukemia.
- This is an outpatient opportunity with a 30% hematology and 70% oncology caseload.
Practice Details:
Our practice is designed to provide a comfortable and efficient work environment for our physicians. The daily schedule includes seeing approximately 17-20 patients per day, with a 1:2 call ratio that backs up to nurse practitioners.
In addition, our practice offers a supportive team environment, with two new nurse practitioners scheduled to join our rotation soon, reducing the call ratio to 1:4.
