About this Role:Internal Medicine
- Seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible physicians in Internal, Geriatric, or Family Medicine
- Flexible schedule to accommodate individual needs
- Location: Linthicum Heights, Maryland (15 minutes from Baltimore)
- Collaborative team of 6 physicians
- Travel to local post-acute/LTC facilities to attend to patients with varying acuity levels
- Patient load consists of approximately 60% post-acute and 40% LTC cases
- Hours: Monday-Friday; Physicians set their own schedules within this time frame
- No call; Dedicated team of NPs handles after-hours calls and weekends/holidays
- Part of a larger network with over 40 physicians/NPs across the state
- Volume of patients seen per day is 16; seeing more patients puts physicians in bonus territory
Background Desired:Internal Medicine
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Family, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Maryland state medical license
- Willingness and ability to see geriatric patients
