Job Summary:
- Location: Seaford, DE
- Outpatient primary care in a clinic setting.
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am-5:30pm, with 100% outpatient duties.
- Call schedule: one in six weekends, handled via video or phone calls only.
- Approximate patient volume: twenty-five per day.
- Patient age range: eighteen years old and above.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Cerner.
- Support from Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and improve the health status of individuals in the community through timely access to evidence-based care.
- Serve as a role model of professionalism among healthcare staff.
- Collaborate with other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high-performing team.
- Provide high-value care, considering risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making decisions.
- Document all patient activities and services in the electronic health record.
Benefits:
- Base salary: two hundred thirty thousand dollars per year.
