Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Pain Specialist to join our outpatient clinic in Transfer, PA. As a key member of our team, you will work independently in a fast-paced environment, leading staff and making clinical decisions.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing a balanced approach that includes medication, physical therapy, and interventional procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care and lead a team of staff members in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Collaborate with partnering hospitals to maximize hospital resources and services.
- Analyze procedure outcomes, patient satisfaction, pain control, and patient accountability, implementing robust quality metrics as needed.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or equivalent qualifications.
- Prior experience in pain management is preferred but not required.
Benefits:
$500-$650 per day, depending on experience.
Excellent Paid Time Off (PTO).
Work Schedule:
Part-time: 3 days per week.
No call, No weekends.
