This role involves working as part of a team of 6 physicians, with a flexible schedule and the ability to set your own hours within a Monday to Friday timeframe. You will not be required to handle after-hours calls, as we have a dedicated team of NPs who will take care of this aspect.

**Job Description:**
- You will be responsible for seeing patients in post-acute and long-term care settings, with a patient load of approximately 60% post-acute and 40% LTC.
- Our ideal candidate has experience working with geriatric patients and is willing to travel to local post-acute/LTC facilities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Ability to hold a Maryland state medical license
- Willingness and ability to see patients in the geriatric population
