Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. You will also document patient visits, facilitate activities related to patient care, deliver medication and chronic disease management, and collaborate with support staff to ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities:
- Medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
- Patient documentation and facilitation of activities related to patient care
- Management of chronic diseases and development of personalized treatment plans
- Collaboration with support staff for continuity of care
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted state of Nevada MD or DO licensure
