Primary Care Provider
We are seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in a primary care setting near Providence, Rhode Island.

Your Role with Us
- M-F, 32-40 hours/week
- As an FNP/PA, you will see patients of all ages, focusing on quality patient care, with an average of 18 patients/day.
- You will work in a collaborative team setting to provide primary care, health coaching, and education to help individuals manage chronic conditions for a better quality of life.

Background Profile
- FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or Physician Assistant/PA-C
