**Our Team Dynamics**
- A team of 2 FM providers and 1 Midlevel working together to deliver exceptional patient care.
**Job Responsibilities**
- 4.5 day work week
- 14-16 Patients per day
- Joining a team of 2 FM providers and 1 Midlevel
- Call 1:4 but very minimal and only over the phone
