We are accredited by The Joint Commission continuously since 1999, and our practice sites are recognized as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NQCA). In 2022, we delivered care to over 23,187 patients through more than 84,196 unduplicated annual visits.
