**NOW Healthcare Recruiting (NP Now)** is seeking a skilled Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our team in Eatontown, NJ.
We are a leading provider of advanced reproductive technologies and have established the first successful egg donor program in central New Jersey. Our state-of-the-art facility offers comprehensive care with all the latest infertility treatments, ranging from in vitro fertilization (IVF) and artificial insemination to drug therapies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Endocrinology and be board certified or eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology. We offer a competitive salary range of $300,000 to $350,000, with productivity bonuses ranging from $100,000 to $200,000. Benefits include 100% paid malpractice insurance, medical health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as profit sharing and a 401(k) plan.
The job description includes:
- 7am-4pm schedule, alternating week night and weekend call with other physicians
- Care for infertility patients
- 10-15 patients per day
- Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians, 1 physician assistant, 5 nurses, 2 ultrasound techs, 4 medical assistants, 5 financial department staff, 1 executive director, 1 practice administrator, 4 embryologists/andrologists, 1 laboratory PhD, and 5 front desk staff
