- Competitive base salary ranging from $500K to $600K based on experience.

About the Job
- Vascular Surgeon position available, located in Findlay, OH (1.5 hours from Detroit).
- Join a university healthcare system seeking a vascular surgeon to establish a comprehensive, high-quality community vascular program.
- Opportunity to lead in expanding and enhancing a robust, community-focused vascular surgery program, with plans to recruit additional surgeons and APPs by end of 2027.
- Strong referral network to manage a full spectrum of open and endovascular cases.
- State-of-the-art facilities, including multidisciplinary collaboration with cardiology, interventional radiology, and other specialties.
- Supportive team and resources, including experienced care teams, leadership, and dedicated APPs.

- Practice autonomy with robust subspecialty support and a dedicated care team.
- Treat abdominal and thoracic aneurysmal disease, carotid disease, hemodialysis access, peripheral vascular disease, and limb salvage.
- Manage conditions with medications, lifestyle changes, and non-surgical interventions.
- Call coverage for ten night/weekend shifts per month.
- Schedule includes two clinic days and three procedural days for vascular surgery.
- Supervise advanced practitioners and educate patients on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
- Maintain responsive communication with referring physicians and participate in departmental activities.
- Serve as preceptor and train residents, fellows, medical students, and allied health professionals.
- The clinical faculty track exists for those faculty members whose principal career focus is teaching, clinical research, delivery of clinical care, and contribution to college missions.
About You
- Board certified/board eligible in vascular surgery.
- Able to hold an Ohio State license.
- Desire to work in an academic setting and help establish a new program.
Salary : $500,000 - $600,000
