Job Description:
- This is a full-time position with a solo practice schedule.
- The successful candidate will perform pathological analysis of submitted specimens, including frozen section and FNA interpretation.
- The Medical Director of hospital-based laboratory will serve as the primary contact for laboratory operations.
- No call requirements.
- A high level of collaboration with the Director of Laboratory Services is required.
- EMR: Meditech Expanse.
- System servicing 40,000 patients with a total surgical volume of 5,500 per year.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree.
- BC/BE Surgical Pathologist certification.
- IN licensed or in progress.
