Essential Job Functions Include:
- Handling a high volume of customer calls.
- Providing customer service with regard to collection matters, account adjustments, payments, and discrepancies.
- Interacting with the Accounts Payable Department on a regular basis.
- Solving problems and making suggestions with regard to customer account status.
- Responsible for reducing delinquency of accounts.
- Reviews weekly aging report, tracking progress and updating database.
- Performs other duties as needed or directed.
Qualifications Include:
- Military Veteran or family member preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of Collections experience
- Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.
- High School graduate or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
- Detail Oriented
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
