Associate Attorney Family Law
Practice Area : Family Law Courtroom Litigation, Evidentiary Hearings, Motions Practice
Location : Orlando, FL (Remote within a 50-mile radius; Office available for in-person work)
Schedule : Full-time, Hybrid Remote (Must be within 50 miles of Orlando), 30 billable hours per week
The Client :
A modest family law firm is rapidly growing and with a track record of reaching 7 figures in revenue last year. The firm prides itself on strong advocacy, compassionate representation, and a results-driven approach. Due to a recent departure, the firm is actively seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney who will thrive in the courtroom and can manage complex family law cases with confidence.
Description :
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in the courtroom , handling evidentiary hearings, motions to compel, and trial work with minimal oversight. Strong client-facing skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead and collaborate within the firm. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with experience in family law litigation or a background in the District Attorneys office handling similar cases.
This role offers leadership opportunities , with the potential to mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's growth. The candidate must be empathetic, tech-savvy, and adaptable , as the firm operates with a hybrid remote structure and a high emphasis on technology.
Qualifications : Required :
- Active Florida Bar license
- Minimum 3-5 years of family law litigation experience
- Strong courtroom skills , including trial work, evidentiary motions, and hearings
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a remote / hybrid environment
