Position Overview :
As a Credit Products Officer II (C&I Specialty) , you will focus on Corporate and Industrial (C&I) loan requests, delivering comprehensive credit analyses to meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. You will play a pivotal role in underwriting, risk management, and portfolio maintenance, ensuring that the bank is protected while supporting Relationship Managers in managing credit portfolios.
Key Responsibilities :
- Pre-screen credit requests, confirming risk ratings and preparing financial spreads.
- Underwrite credit requests by analyzing borrower and guarantor financials, reviewing corporate financial statements, tax returns, and third-party reports.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers on structuring credit requests and mitigating risks.
- Draft and deliver comprehensive Credit Approval Memoranda and manage the approval process.
- Maintain and monitor assigned credit portfolios, managing financial reviews, covenant compliance, and property inspections.
- Identify cross-sale opportunities and conduct research to identify industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements.
