The Client :
A boutique law firm focused on real estate, title services, and estate planning is seeking an Estate Planning Associate Attorney to expand its practice. With the recent departure of a partner, the firm is looking for a motivated attorney to take on estate planning and probate matters while benefiting from cross-referrals within its real estate clientele.
Description :
This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level associate to establish and grow the estate planning and probate practice within a real estate-focused law firm. The ideal candidate will handle lower to mid-level estate planning and probate administration, working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions. The firm offers mentorship in real estate law, expanding the candidates knowledge base and career trajectory. This role does not involve litigation but requires a solid foundation in estate planning and probate matters.
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of estate planning and probate administration experience (non-high-net-worth cases).
- Strong drafting and client-facing skills in estate planning matters.
- Familiarity with ECLOSING real estate software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a tight-knit team.
- LLM in Tax or Business Law is a plus but not required.
- Interest in learning real estate law for potential practice expansion.
