Key Responsibilities :
- Uncontested Probate Administration : Manage probate cases, including filing independent and dependent administrations and handling probate court procedures.
- Trust Drafting : Draft and review trusts (revocable and irrevocable) to align with clients' estate planning needs and legal requirements.
- Client Consultation : Provide strategic advice to clients on trust options, estate planning strategies, and asset protection.
- Innovative Solutions : Craft tailored solutions for complex estate planning challenges.
- Case Management : Oversee a high volume of estate planning cases to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Client Relations : Maintain empathetic communication with clients, offering prompt responses to inquiries (within 24 hours for emails and same-day responses to phone calls).
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with a relaxed, team-oriented office that values coachability and empathy. Enjoy a dog-friendly office environment.
