Litigation Attorney(Property Casualty)
Salary : $90,000$115,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
Practice Area : Civil Litigation with a focus on First-Party Property (FPP)
Location : 100% remote (travel as needed for hearings and events)

Description :
Our client is looking for dedicated attorneys to manage civil litigation cases from inception through trial. Candidatesshould bring strong trial skills, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for being part of a forward-thinking firm. Responsibilities will include trial preparation, depositions, and active courtroom participation.
Qualifications :
- Licensed to practice law in either Texas or Florida in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience
- First-Party Property (FPP) experience highly preferred.
- Trial experience is a strong preference, must be at least passionate and skilled at litigation
- Energetic, motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing firm.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
