Salary : $80k - $90k
Location : Miami, FL (Aventura) - ONSITE
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 filings.
- Draft and review bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and other legal documents.
- Communicate with clients, creditors, and court personnel to gather and provide necessary information.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with bankruptcy laws.
- Manage case files, ensuring that all deadlines and filings are met in a timely manner.
- Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and other court documents electronically.
- Assist with case management, including calendaring, docketing, and tracking case progress.
