Interdepartmental Administrative Assistant
Location : Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
Salary Range : $50,000 to $65,000 per year
Employment Type : Onsite, Full-Time (40 hours per week), Direct Hire
We are partnering with a leading Commercial Real Estate Investment and Development company in their search for an Interdepartmental
Administrative Assistant . This dynamic organization is seeking an individual who can provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support to the Accounting Department and company officers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, lodging, and transportation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages; distribute as needed.
- Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Order office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office functions.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Assist the Accounting Department with :
- Inputting payables and receivables into accounting software (Yardi).
- Data entry and software maintenance.
- Supporting onboarding tasks for new properties, such as opening bank accounts and registering entities.
