Personal Injury Paralegal

Location : South Miami, FL, 33156

Position Type : Full-Time, Onsite

Salary : $75k-$95k ( commensurate with experience), benefits, PTO, standard.

This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in litigation, preferably in the area of personal injury law, who is eager to contribute to a firm known for its exceptional client advocacy and become a part of their long-term succession plan.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from initial intake through trial or settlement.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, and maintain case files.
• Coordinate case calendars, ensuring deadlines are met for filings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and provide courtroom assistance as needed.
