Sales Associates

High energy dance studio is seeking an energetic Sales associate to oversee daily operations. The studio, located in Miami focuses on teaching children and young adults multiple techniques as they perfect their skills utilizing quality instructors.

This is a high energy position and the right candidate will be able to manage a small staff along with following up with new leads. The focus of this position is to enhance client experience and overall satisfaction while increasing clientele.

The right candidate will have the ability to work well with and around children, have strong communication skills and the ability to follow up with lead generation. The position requires that oncoming candidate to oversee some day to day management of staff, assisting with hiring and general office duties.

3 Saturdays a month are required for this position.

Responsibilities

. Supervision of Front Desk

· Oversee opening and closing protocols

· Check sales cash daily

· Oversee cleanliness and order of the studio as it pertains to keeping a premium facility.

· Ensure quality of sign up process is at a high standard to include studio tour and full explanation of services

· Enforce company policies and procedures

· Oversee that the team goes to every classroom bi weekly when we have a new event
