Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and source attorneys and other legal talent amongst other roles like IT, accounting & administrative roles
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the legal industry.
- Fully comprehensive onboarding process, including credentialing, background checks, conflict checking, etc
- Take part in the implementation of a recruiting process which will include the build out of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Lead and streamline pipelining of talent and building strong relationships to advance the hiring efforts of the firm.
- Build and grow the Talent Acquisition Department, fostering scalability and adaptability.
- Collaborate with leadership to align talent acquisition with the firm’s growth objectives.
