As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing our sales operations to meet client demand and support our dedicated B2B sales team. You will work closely with fellow Customer Service & Sales Associate team members to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer outreach initiatives, and to contribute to the overall success of our newest partnership.
Customer Service & Sales Associate Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for expanding outreach capabilities and meeting client acquisition goals.
Initiate visits to prospective businesses as assigned by the senior Associate.
Use company-provided materials and product knowledge to effectively present and explain our offerings to local businesses.
Approach potential customers and businesses with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Engage in conversations, build rapport, and listen actively to understand their needs and preferences.
Address any questions or concerns customers might have regarding the products or services.
Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our clients products or services.
