Now Now Noho is seeking some dedicated and enthusiastic Overnight (11pm - 7am) Guest Service Agents to join our opening team at a new kind of hotel dedicated to the solo traveler. Now Now Noho is designed for curious minds and creative spirits. It is a new, courageous and transformative experience for travelers seeking a deeper connection to the world around them.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. Our arrival experience will be very digital forward and our Guest Service Agents will need to be able to walk guests through their journey. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining guest satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities and services.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage reservations and respond to guest requests.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication with guests.
- Experience with night audit processes is a plus but not mandatory.
- A background in guest relations or customer service will enhance your application.
Qualifications
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests.
- Ability to stand during an entire shift
- Ability to exert 25 pounds of force and/or lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Must be able to perform other duties as requested by management.
