Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints to assess and plan plumbing installations and layouts.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, ensuring top-notch functionality and safety.
- Showcase your skills in cutting, welding, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures, creating durable and efficient plumbing setups.
- Play a vital role in inspecting and testing plumbing systems to guarantee compliance with codes, as well as their overall safety and functionality.
- Demonstrate your troubleshooting abilities as you proactively resolve any plumbing problems that may arise.
- Excel in customer service by expertly managing inquiries and swiftly attending to service calls, showcasing your commitment to providing exceptional support and satisfaction.
- Perform plumbing repairs and installations for our clients. This includes fixing leaky pipes, installing new fixtures, and repairing water heaters. You will need to be familiar with a variety of plumbing systems and be able to work in both residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions to resolve them. This requires a thorough understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to troubleshoot problems. You must be able to communicate these solutions to the client in a clear and understandable manner.
- Maintain and care for your tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition at all times. This includes cleaning and storing them properly. You will also need to keep your vehicle clean and organized.
- Interact with clients and represent our company, so it's important to be friendly, professional, and courteous at all times. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to provide clients with the best possible experience. This includes listening to their concerns, answering their questions, and explaining any necessary repairs or installations.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and commitment to pursuing a career in plumbing, with a trade school diploma or completion of an apprenticeship program.
- We prefer candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber, demonstrating your strong foundation and expertise in the field.
- Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of plumbing principles.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and effectively utilizing plumbing tools to carry out installations and repairs.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to tackle complex plumbing challenges with efficiency and precision.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, allowing you to effectively understand and address customer needs.
- Display good interpersonal skills and patience, fostering positive interactions with team members and clients alike.
- Physical dexterity is necessary to handle the manual tasks involved in plumbing work.
- Flexibility to travel to Queen Creek / San Tan Valley for service calls.
