What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Representative position at NoWhere Foods?
Position Summary:
NoWhere Foods is looking for a community-oriented, passionate individuals to amplify our vision of sustainable, terroir-inspired foods. You'll be the face of our brand, championing our mission at grassroots and local levels. This position is instrumental in building customer partnerships and driving sales growth.
Key Duties:
- Represent NoWhere Foods at events, demo's, and tastings.
- Gather customer feedback and insights for brand improvements.
- Manage and grow accounts with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Passionately deliver product knowledge and interact with consumers, per guidance and training from a trained NoWhere sales representative.
Ideal Candidate:
- Charismatic and motivated self-starter.
- Deep interest in food, as well as organic and regenerative agriculture.
- Prior experience in community engagement, retail sales, or marketing preferred.
Requirements:
- State applicable food handlers license is required.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Commitment expectation of at least one shift per week of three hours, not including travel time is required.
- Owns a vehicle and has a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and maintain all permits and certifications required for serving non-alcoholic beverages.
Professional Development:
- This position has the ability to transfer to a full time equivalent position given candidate has a proven track record of sales.
- Training is paid and a requirement of this job.
