Job Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented and self-motivated Office Manager with Bookkeeping and (preferably) Property Management experience to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management practices. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Assist with property management duties, such as tenant communications, rent collections, lease tracking, and coordinating maintenance.
- Ensure tax compliance reporting, including property tax filings, payroll tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Complete clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Operate phone systems and maintain effective phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Manage calendars for staff, scheduling meetings and appointments as necessary.
- Support executive team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- 2 years of office management and bookkeeping experience.
- (Preferred) 2 years of property management experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
