Description
The Studio director is a senior leadership position providing knowledge and direction to all of our project managers. This position will be responsible for implementing our quality assurance processes and for developing designers and junior project managers. This position operates with a level of autonomy that requires discipline, integrity, excellent communication, and above all, a commitment to Able City’s shared value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Provides support and direction to less experienced project managers.
- Assign work to professional staff and ensures appropriate training is provided.
- Evaluates operations and activities of assigned responsibilities.
- Usually is tasked with the management of a limited number of projects.
- Prepares reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications.
- Participates in budget preparation and administration, monitors and controls expenditures.
