Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter devices into the system and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Conduct audits of device inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on device setups to meet organizational standards.
- Oversee the progress of IT requests, ensuring efficient handling and maintaining organization in the device pickup area.
- Monitor shipping and delivery timelines for devices to ensure timely distribution.
- Manage and verify the accuracy of the device backlog to prevent discrepancies.
- Handle user setups, including onboarding and separation processes.
- Regularly monitor the ticketing system to identify and address stale or unresolved tickets.
- Document maintenance, upgrades, and updates for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with users, keeping them informed of progress and resolutions for incidents or requests.
- Review and maintain system documentation to ensure it aligns with enterprise standards.
- Audit inventory to identify and address out-of-date devices.
