The Marketing Coordinator will support the department in ongoing efforts to market all brands in the Nox Group portfolio. The perfect candidate will epitomize being a team player with a go-getter attitude who can proactively anticipate needs within the marketing department as well as material needs for other departments. This member of the marketing team must be able to organize all the details. Daily work on any given day can include collaborating with other departments to assess enterprise needs, organizing event support materials, scheduling photo/video shoots, and communicating with vendors on the production of printed items. An eager, high-energy communicator who has a high attention to detail and wants to build a career in the construction industry will succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
- Support the marketing department’s initiatives for campaigns, events, multimedia, and any other efforts taken on by the team.
- Manage the marketing team inbox and disseminate information to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing communications content for emails, text messages, flyers, press releases, presentations, scripts, and any other various projects as they come up.
- Assist with email (Mailchimp) and SMS (TextUs) campaigns including sending and updating content.
- Support communications that maximize the promotion of internal news and programs, sometimes under tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with multimedia team, jobsite contacts, and identified talent to schedule photo and video shoots in studio and on-site.
- Communicate with 3rd party vendors and printers on the production of printed materials such as posters, business cards, signs, etc., routing costs and proofs through team leaders for approval.
- Over-communicate to ensure deadlines are met.
- Think creatively on connecting our workforce with various forms of communication.
- Work with the team to build scalable, replicable processes and educate other team members on how to execute against the strategic goals.
- Collaborate with other members of marketing team and cross-departmentally with other teams on any marketing or communications needs.
- Assist in proofreading a wide variety of project deliverables.
- Use the team project management tool (ClickUp) to track projects.
- Work cross-functionally with other internal teams to get the assets needed, aligning with company-wide and industry-wide initiatives.
- Consistently contribute to the ongoing evolution of our enterprise and the communication throughout it through various forms of technology to maximize reach and impact.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or relevant experience with a passion to learn and grow
