We are seeking a Virtual Construction Visualization Engineer to support our design and construction teams by developing high-quality, data-rich MEP, architectural, and structural models. This role requires expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling), 3D visualization, and digital construction methodologies to enhance coordination, detect clashes, and improve project efficiency.

We are seeking a Virtual Construction Visualization Engineer to support our design and construction teams by developing high-quality, data-rich MEP, architectural, and structural models. This role requires expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling), 3D visualization, and digital construction methodologies to enhance coordination, detect clashes, and improve project efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), architectural, and structural systems.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations for design presentations, stakeholder engagement, and construction planning.
- Produce immersive visual content by utilizing software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, and Unreal Engine/Twinmotion.
- Generate detailed 4D construction sequencing simulations to align with project schedules.
- Integrate BIM with VR/AR technologies to enhance project visualization and client presentations.
- Maintain and organize model files, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field OR 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, virtual construction, or related fields.
- Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM visualization tools.
- Knowledge of MEP, architectural, and structural systems with experience in multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and 4D scheduling.
- Proficiency in rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine) is a plus.
- Familiarity with VR/AR integration for design visualization is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment.
