Key Responsibilities
Manage Organization-Generated Leads: Oversee R3-Direct Repair leads to ensure proper follow-up, conversion, and tracking. Property Inspections: Conduct thorough property inspections on behalf of the Insurance Carrier, providing professional recommendations for necessary repairs. Contract Leads: Contract Organization-generated leads and manage the pipeline to drive sales and project flow. Travel Deployment: Travel as necessary in response to CAT (Catastrophic) events or market needs to support deployment and inspections. Self-Generate Leads: In the event of low claim volume from organization-generated leads, proactively produce your own leads to keep the pipeline active and the business growing.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
2 years of property insurance adjusting experience or 3-5 years of experience in insurance restoration. 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Expertise in Damage Assessment, with the ability to identify and assess property damage effectively. Ability to perform property inspections on roofs with a steep pitch of 8/12 and above. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, insurance carriers, and contractors. Preferred Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adjust quickly to market changes or emergency situations. Prior experience in managing both inbound and self-generated sales leads. Knowledge of the insurance claims process and restoration industry practices.
