Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and community outreach
- Inspect roofs to assess storm damage and determine insurance eligibility
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process and assist with filing claims
- Schedule and attend adjuster appointments to ensure proper damage assessment
Close sales by guiding homeowners through contract signing, color selection, and available upgrades- Collect project deposits and manage customer expectations throughout the roofing process
- Oversee roofing projects, attend job builds, and collect payments
- Coordinate with the claims team for any supplements or additional documentation needed
- Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service delivery
- Submit requests for overpayments, approvals, and additional homeowner referrals
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 years of sales experience (roofing, construction, or insurance sales preferred but not required)- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and inspecting rooftops
