As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners in storm-affected areas, helping them navigate the insurance process to restore their roofs. Our team members are trained in a proven sales system and have unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and community outreach
  


• Inspect roofs to assess storm damage and determine insurance eligibility


• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process and assist with filing claims
  


• Schedule and attend adjuster appointments to ensure proper damage assessment


• 
  Close sales by guiding homeowners through contract signing, color selection, and available upgrades


• Collect project deposits and manage customer expectations throughout the roofing process


• Oversee roofing projects, attend job builds, and collect payments


• Coordinate with the claims team for any supplements or additional documentation needed


• Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service delivery
  


• Submit requests for overpayments, approvals, and additional homeowner referrals

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  2 years of sales experience (roofing, construction, or insurance sales preferred but not required)


• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  


• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  


• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and inspecting rooftops
